Established in 2008, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI)

Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is an all India body incorporated mainly to frame rules & regulations, safe guards and look after the interests of the building industry, it gives a voice to its members and is responsible for communicating with Government Agencies, Trade Bodies and other authorities on issues directly affecting the sector.

CREDAI Mangalore was formally registered and launched on 15th July 2008, which is a district level body, which is affiliated to CREDAI Karnataka, addresses the district level problems and members meet on a regular basis to share industry information, address and resolve any concerns.

Credai Youth Wing

The CREDAI Youth Wing in Mangalore is a vibrant platform that brings together the next generation of real estate developers and entrepreneurs to learn, collaborate, and grow. It focuses on nurturing leadership, encouraging innovation, and fostering a strong sense of social responsibility among young members. Through knowledge-sharing sessions, networking opportunities, and community initiatives, the Youth Wing helps prepare its members to take on future challenges while contributing to the growth and development of Mangalore’s real estate sector.

Credai CSR Foundation

The CREDAI CSR Foundation in Mangalore is dedicated to driving meaningful social impact through initiatives that go beyond real estate. It focuses on education, skill development, healthcare, and environmental sustainability, aiming to uplift communities and create long-term value for society. By bringing together developers under a common platform for social good, the foundation works on impactful projects that improve lives, foster inclusivity, and contribute to the holistic development of Mangalore.
